HURRICANE HECTOR PASSING SOUTH OF HAWAII, SEVERE WEATHER RISK NORTHEAST MID ATLANTIC TONIGHT – Hawaii Video



Hurricane Hector is moving west and passing south of the Hawaiian islands with winds of 125 mph. Hectors outer bands will impact the big island of Hawaii but the center and core od the hurricane will pass well offshore.

Across the Northeast & Middle Atlantic States we are watching radars this evening for the possibility of severe thunderstorms. We will look at the outlook for the weekend, the long range and the tropics. #badhairweather #hurricanehector #hawaiihurricane

  1. Joe…chances of a Hurricane in the Atlantic or Carribean basin in the next 3 weeks? I'm wondering if Sept/Oct will be explosive. It seemed to me that the fall and winter got a real late start this year in NE Ohio…
